Your Skin Starts in Your Gut

A Note from Anne

"The answer wasn't in a new serum.
It was in the gut."

I've always loved my skin. Even through years of dealing with psoriasis and acne, I never stopped caring for it. There comes a point when skin simply starts to behave differently — no matter what you're doing right. When that happened to me, I didn't panic — I got curious.

What I found changed how I think about skin entirely. The gut-skin axis isn't a wellness trend. It's documented biology — and understanding it is the first step to aging on your own terms.

Aging is natural. There is nothing wrong with getting older — and learning to love the skin you're in, at every stage of life, is something worth practicing. But there's a difference between aging and aging too fast. When the gut is out of balance, it disrupts hormones, fuels chronic inflammation, and breaks down the proteins that keep your skin resilient. That's not just time passing. That's something you can actually address.
